Templates and account templates

Automations → New Automation opens the template gallery. Search by name, filter by goal (followers, engagement or traffic) or by what starts the automation (a comment, a DM or a story reply). Recommended templates are shown first.

The three-question setup

Templates that start from a comment ask three questions before creating anything:

1. 01Which post or reel to use — pick one or more from your account, choose all posts and reels, or the next one you publish. “Next” locks the automation onto the first new post that gets a matching comment; later posts don’t start it.
2. 02What starts it — specific words (type one and press Enter) or any comment.
3. 03What they get — your message and link buttons. Each button needs a label and a link starting with http:// or https://.

A preview of the conversation updates as you answer. Other templates skip the questions and open with everything pre-filled.

After you create it

The template becomes an ordinary automation in Draft. Quick Automation templates open in the automation editor; Flow Builder templates open on the canvas. Change any message, button or keyword, then press Go Live. Nothing is sent until you do.

Account templates

Settings → Clone & templates → Create account template downloads a JSON file with your automations, sequences, folders, tags, contact fields, bot fields and segments. It never includes contacts, conversations, message history or your Instagram connection, so it’s safe to share.

To use one, paste the file’s contents into Import a template in the other account. Automations arrive as drafts. Tags and fields that already exist there are kept rather than duplicated.

Clone this account

Clone this account, on the same settings page, copies your automations (as drafts), sequences, tags and fields into a brand-new workspace and switches you to it. Connect an Instagram account there before anything can send. Switch between workspaces from the menu at the top of the sidebar.
