Data Deletion
Three ways to remove your data from MuChat.
1. Disconnect in MuChat
Sign in, go to Settings → Instagram and click Disconnect. This permanently removes your Instagram connection, contacts, conversations and automations.
2. Remove MuChat from Instagram
In Instagram, open Settings → Security → Apps and websites and remove MuChat. This stops MuChat from accessing your account.
3. Ask us
Email privacy@muchat.app with your Instagram username and we will delete your data within 30 days.
