Which Instagram accounts work?
Professional accounts — Business or Creator. Instagram only opens messaging automation to professional accounts; switching is free in the Instagram app’s settings.
Does it work on reels?
Yes. Comment automations work on posts and reels alike, including “the next post or reel you publish”.
Can I use more than one keyword?
Up to 20 per automation. They match as whole words, ignoring capitals and accents, and emoji work too.
What if two automations match the same comment?
The first match handles it, so keep keywords distinct across the automations you have live.
Can MuChat message people who haven’t contacted me?
No — and nothing built on Instagram’s rules can. Automations only answer people who commented, replied to a story or DMed you.
