  1. Improved

    Fields from flows, and tags that stay in sync

    • Set a field from a flow’s action step — up to 5 per step, for the contact or for your whole account.
    • Bot fields now work in messages, button labels and sequences, using the same {{key}} tokens as contact fields.
    • Renaming, merging or deleting a tag now updates your segments, routing rules and automations too, and shows what it will change first.
  2. New

    A fuller inbox

    • Notes for your team, right in the thread — never sent to the contact.
    • Remind me: snooze a conversation until later; it comes back sooner if they message you.
    • Pause automation for one conversation while you handle it yourself.
    • Favorites, mark as unread, system messages you can hide, and a contact panel beside the thread.
    • Reactions and attachments now show in conversations.
  3. New

    Routing rules, sequences and personalisation

    • Inbox routing: assignment groups, ordered rules that send conversations to the right group, and per-person conversation limits.
    • Sequences: timed follow-up messages that only send inside Instagram’s 24-hour window.
    • Personalisation tokens such as first name and @username in messages and button labels.
    • Several triggers on one automation, draft and published versions with history and restore, and per-step stats.
    • Insights, user and bot fields, tag rename and merge, API keys and a REST API, and exporting or cloning your automations.

    • Sign-in links now arrive by email.
    • Conversations that have gone quiet close automatically, on the schedule you pick in Settings → Inbox behaviour.

    MuChat, the Flow Builder and templates

    • A new name and look: MuChat.
    • The Flow Builder: message, condition, delay, action and note blocks on a canvas, with delays that run on schedule and checks before you publish.
    • A templates gallery with goal and trigger filters, a guided setup, and six Flow Builder templates.
    • Automations: trigger and status filters, folders, bulk actions, a grid view and a trash you can restore from.
    • Contacts: rule-based segments, a filter bar, CSV import and custom fields.
    • Inbox: labels, assignment with round-robin, search and filters, and quick replies.
    • “The next post or reel you publish” now attaches to the first post that gets a matching comment.
