Signing in
MuChat signs you in with a one-time link sent to your email — no password. Links expire after 30 minutes and work once. Google sign-in is offered where available.
Email notifications
Under Settings → Notifications you can turn off emails about inbox and billing activity; in-app badges stay.
Deleting data
Disconnecting Instagram (Settings → Channels) permanently deletes that account’s contacts, conversations and automations in MuChat. For anything else, see our data deletion page or contact support.
