This walkthrough gets you from zero to a live automation that DMs your link to everyone who comments a keyword. You’ll need an Instagram professional account (Business or Creator).
1. Create your account
Sign up with your email address — we send you a one-time sign-in link, so there’s no password to remember. Google sign-in is also offered where it’s available.
2. Connect Instagram
Choose Connect via Instagram. You’ll log in on Instagram’s own screen and approve the permissions MuChat needs to read and reply to comments and messages. MuChat never sees your password.
3. Tell us a little about you
A few quick questions — who the account is for and what you want from it — so MuChat can suggest the right starting point.
4. Pick a plan
Stay on Free (no card needed, up to 3 live automations) or start a 14-day trial of a paid plan.
5. Launch your first automation
- 01Choose Send a Link From Comments.
- 02Pick which posts it runs on and the keyword people should comment.
- 03Change the messages and the link to yours.
- 04Select Go Live.
- 05From a different Instagram account, comment your keyword. You should see a public reply and a DM.
