Free, Essential and Pro include the same features. They differ in live automations (3, 10 and unlimited), team seats (1, 2 and 5), and the “Sent with MuChat” line that Free adds to DMs. See the pricing page for current prices.
The free trial
Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. You add a card at checkout and pay $0 today; when the trial ends, the plan continues on the billing period you chose. The trial is once per workspace.
Managing your subscription
Settings → Billing opens the billing portal of our payment provider, Stripe, where you can manage payment details and cancel.
Cancelling
Cancelling keeps all your data. You move to the Free plan’s limits: you can’t switch on more live automations than Free allows until you upgrade again, and DMs carry the “Sent with MuChat” line.
