A carousel puts three products in one message, each with its own button — shoppers swipe instead of scrolling your grid. Anyone who isn't sure goes straight to a person, with what they're looking for already written down.
Someone DMs “shop” and gets a carousel. The first two cards link to product pages; the third continues the flow, asks what they're after, saves it to the contact and hands the conversation to your team. Images are links to your own site — MuChat doesn't host files.
Step by step

After they tap “Help me choose” on “Not sure yet?”: Asks: “Tell me a little about what you're looking for, and I'll point you to the right one 💬” — waits for their reply and saves it as {{looking_for}}

Once they’ve answered: Adds tags “needs-help”, marks the conversation open, notifies the team

If they don’t answer within a day, or say stop: Sends: “No problem — the cards above are always here when you're ready 🛍️”
