Book a call, with a morning reminder
Send your booking link, then nudge anyone who hasn't booked at 10am.

The business case
Half the people who ask to book never click the link. Taking their email first means you can follow up anywhere, and a friendly nudge the next weekday morning brings back the ones who got distracted — without anyone on your team remembering to do it.
Someone DMs “book”. The flow asks for their email, checks it's valid, tags them and sends your booking link. The next weekday at 10:00 in your account's time zone it sends one reminder. If Instagram's 24-hour window has closed by then, the reminder waits and goes out once they write again.
