Commenters get an entry button. The flow checks they follow you, tags them "giveaway" so you can pick a winner from your contacts, and confirms the entry.

Someone comments “win” on any post or reel
Replies publicly under the comment, e.g. “You're in — check your DMs 🎁”

Sends: “Want in on the giveaway? 🎁 Tap below to lock in your entry.” with “Enter me!”

After they tap “Enter me!”: Checks whether they follow you

If yes: Adds tags “giveaway”

If no: Sends: “One more step — follow the account so I can DM you if you win, then tap below.” with “I'm following”

Sends: “You're entered! 🎉 I'll announce the winner here on Friday.”
